Christopher Sames, born in 1977, studied mechanical engineering at the Friedrich-Alexander university, Erlangen-Nuremberg. After completing his studies, he worked as an engineer, QM representative and project manager at SAMES Engineering in Feucht. His key projects included the development of low-floor chassis for trams and passenger car bogies. Since 2017, Christopher Sames is the managing director of HEMSCHEIDT Engineering.

Martin Sames, born in 1982, qualified after completing his training as a technical draughtsman for machinery and systems engineering at MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG as a state-certified mechanical engineering technician at the Grundig Academy - College for Technology in Nuremberg. From 2005 to 2011 he studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Nuremberg, specializing in vehicle construction. While still a student, he worked as a designer and mechanical engineer in the paternal business of SAMES Hydro-Systemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG.  Subsequently, he became development engineer and head of design at the Sames Rad-Schiene GmbH and the IBS SAMES Engineering GmbH in the Chassis division. He has been Head of Development at HEMSCHEIDT Engineering since 2017.

Dr. Mark Wöhrmann, born in 1974, studied mechanical engineering at the RWTH Aachen, where he earned his doctorate in 2009. After working as a research associate at the Institute for Motor Vehicles for RWTH Aachen, he subsequently worked in automotive engineering for the research company He was responsible here for the chassis division and was the contact person for all commercial vehicle projects. In 2011, he joined HEMSCHEIDT Fahrwerktechnik GmbH & Co. KG in Haan as Head of Technology and Sales, where he became managing director one year later. In 2017, he took over another managing director position at HEMSCHEIDT Engineering.
